Floafers Delivery Timeline

Floafers founding family,
I want to thank you for your continued support over the last few months. We've been working closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure your Floafers are perfect and delivered within the timeline we promised. Unfortunately, with first run productions, delays sometimes occur. Transparency is very important to us and we want to make you aware of our delivery timeline changes. Due to unforeseen production delays, our estimated date of delivery has been pushed back 2 weeks. You should expect to receive your Floafers the second week in August.
All backers recently received an automated email from our system that stated your orders were getting ready to ship. The reason you received that email was because we have begun integrating all orders into our fulfillment partner's system and we needed to make sure that everyone's address is correct.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the delay, we've done everything possible to speed up the manufacturing process, but we cannot risk delivering a product that isn't perfect. With that said, we have received our samples in every size and the shoes look and fit AMAZING!! I'm confident you're going to be extremely happy with the product that's delivered.

If you fill out your BackerKit survey after the June 1st order due date, we will still receive your information,but your shipment may be delayed. Backers,
Don't worry we didn't forget about you! We have been extremely busy making sure that everything is in place on our end & wow, time flies when your busy! We are still on par with our timeline and expect to have these to you in early July as promised but in order to do so we still need the remaining unanswered surveys back! It is imperative that anyone who has NOT yet submitted their survey do so by June 1!
For backers who have not answered their surveys yet, what happens?

What if I filled out my survey already & its been locked down? Can I make changes before June 1?
Easy fix for those of you who maybe want to change your colors or sizes. Just simply email: [email protected]
ALL surveys will be locked down on June 1 as stated in the surveys!
This means that after this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for remaining add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for us when trying to keep track of all 1,768+ of you!

We are sending this update to let everyone know we have now received 80% of our surveys back, THANK YOU to everyone who has been proactive in returning their survey! For the remaining backers who have NOT returned their survey, please don't wait, we need everyone's back ASAP!
As we mentioned before, the mold production has started but we have to procure the EVA material and that order has to be accurate and on time, so PLEASE return the survey immediately!
What if I want to make a change to my order (color/size/gender) & my survey is already "locked down?"
