Important Reminders & Men's/Women's Color Names

Hi Everyone!

There has been some confusion with individuals not receiving their survey for some reason or having an issue with it; this can happen when 1,700+ surveys go out at once! If this is the case please email: [email protected] or simply go to this link and login using your Kickstarter login info: Backerkit Survey.

Backers that qualified for upgrade promo during final 3-days of our campaign in April will see the additional pair choice will be shown on your "Add-Ons" section, some people have gotten confused by this, again if you are having any issues with this please email [email protected]

Last thing, many individuals have been asking us about our color/names as maybe they overlooked the colors on our KS page over the last 65+ days. No worries, below is the men's & women's colors. If you chose a wrong color prior to seeing this update then simply go back into your survey and make your changes, it's that simple. Hope this helps!

Hi Everyone!

The surveys have officially been sent to your email address associated with your Kickstarter account. The subject line reads: "Response Needed -- Get your reward for Floafers: Foam Meets Fashion.” The email contains a personalized link to the Kickstarter fulfillment survey. The survey is powered by BackerKit and it's where you will choose your reward preferences (i.e. sizes, gender & colors), enter your shipping address, and tell us a little more about yourself. In addition, if you are interested in adding another pair of Floafers you can do so easily with the built-in Add-On system.     

YOU play an important role in Floafers hitting it's projected delivery date in July, which means the faster you return the surveys the faster we can start production!

To begin production we have to know what colors and sizes are popular so we can order the needed material to produce our color lineup. With that being said, please don't procrastinate filling out your survey.....the faster we receive everyone's survey the sooner we can get Floafers on your feet!

Last thing: Any individuals that were part of Backerclub, Backershub or simply upgraded accordingly, during the promo that was run over the final 72-hours of our Kickstarter campaign, not to worry, it will reflect in your surveys!

Printable PDF Size Chart For Men & Women

As we prepare to send out our survey tomorrow we wanted to go ahead and make our size charts available a little early! For those of you who have messaged us regarding these size charts, your requests have been heard! Please keep in mind that these size charts will also be available in the survey.

Does everyone need to use this chart?

No, many of you already know your exact size so for example, if you wear a true size 7, then a 7 is going to be your size! As we mentioned throughout our Kickstarter campaign, we recommend anyone who wears a half size to size up. (I.E. you wear a size 6.5, we recommend you to go up to a size 7). If you are truly in between and extremely unsure then this is exactly why we've put together this printable sizing chart!

Printing off the size chart

Very simple, like most images in an email or website you can right click or "save image as" which will allow you to download it to your computer or phone. Once you've printed it out you can determine your size and be 100% comfortable with your choice!

Floafers Family!

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, without you, Floafers would be nothing! We are absolutely blown away with our results, $137,000+ in 60 days! Floafers has officially been VALIDATED!

 

Whats Next? In order for us to start shipping Floafers out within the time frame promised, a few things need to happen:  

• First, in the next 10-12 days, Kickstarter will transfer the funds raised so we can begin producing your orders.  
• Second, in order to expedite the ordering process we will be sending out our BackerKit survey to collect the following info size, color & style in about 14 days, once funds are collected.

We will give you a heads up before we send the survey so you can keep a eye out for it. 

 It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to us as quickly as you can. Our ability to produce you order depends on how quickly we receive this information. When you do receive the survey, you will not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re good to go!

For now, sit back and relax and start thinking about what colors you are going to get!

First off, THANK YOU for your support, without you we could have never hit this funding milestone! This will allow you to print out the actual shoes insole outline so that you can determine the exact size you wish to order.
